Problem using context (scope id) in IFS Cloud 23r1

Hi, In my case, I would like to use the "Explicit navigation directive" (scope id) method to assign a context to a specific user group. In some versions it was an option:

but I don't see it in my version (it is only Configuration context Mapping):

Is it known why?
