The logs from the print agent show this error ">" "Processor Failed: Could not update Spool Queue. IO Error, file in use." Anti-Virus has been turned off. Server backups. snapshots and replication software have been turned off.  What have we missed?

There have been no recent changes to the print server or print agent.
