Please also tell me if the print stream contains information about the printer? I mean standard printing as well as via print agent. We need user information for the new printing system. Currently, only the administrator can see printers.

If you print directly to a physical printer through the client then it will be printed as the end user.
If you print to a Logical Printer and printed through a Print Agent then it’s treated as a server side printing and the enduser is not taken. Normally the user who started the Print Agent service or an admin user is used here.
