Are you looking for a plan that just shows the first four weeks of post go-live support, i.e. what sort of activities the IFS team would do within this period or are you just looking at this from a resource loading perspective ? Also, usually the customer would have a plan post go-live that shows business adoption activities. Is this more of what you’re after? If you could just elaborate on your requirements a bit more I could hopefully steer you in the right direction.

I serve as the PM on an internal team implmenting IFS. I am working to develop an ERP post go-live support plan during which my team will support the enterprise on its first ERP systm. I am looking for a plan I can use with my team that lays out the actions needed for a successful post go-live support.
Ideally, I am lookng for a template project plan that outlines the (1)“Pre go live action items needed for the post-go-live support plan, (2) the actions from Day 1 to Day 14 of post go-live to support and stabilize the enterprise on the adoption of IFS and (3) beyond those crucial 14 days.
