Is it possible to link to another lobby from a lobby. I tried creating a link element with the page ID of my sub lobby but that didn’t seem to work

Yes it’s possible. Also we can filter the second lobby data based on the first lobby as well.
Create the second lobby in a new lobby page and copy the url.
Then put it in navigation section in the first lobby.
In the second lobby you can add parameter. In this case compay and emp_no.
