Perform Insert,Update and Delete process on Object Property page

Hi good afternoon,  i have this question , 

How can i perform the insert, update and delete on the Object Property Page 

, because the plus was Disable.

You cannot enter anything here. In the IFS documentation it described as below

“Use this Property window to view extant object properties. What you can view in this window depends on what modules are installed. All stated system parameters in the configuration for installed modules are viewed in this window. This function is only used by the system administrator. You cannot enter anything in this window, just view existing object properties. Different address types are preinstalled when a new company is entered. Note that the property name ‘GROUPS‘ is used as a link when, for example, a company is both a customer and a supplier.

You can also indicate whether validations are to be performed for a property value. To do so, you need to select the Validations Enabled check box and enter a validation method. “
