PDF file are not creating while print reports

Hi ,

When i try to print any report PDF is not generating in Report Archive . May i know the issue for this. Thanks in Adavance .

Hi @Amar1479,

Were these reports printed or just previewed? Just previewing a report won’t check the ‘Printed’ check box. Furthermore, if you RMB on the records, do you see an option that says either Show PDF or Show Document(s)?

Hi ,I have click on Print not  preview and Show documents RMB is not enabled .
