I would expect this instead directly because searching for the exact topic is quite cumbersome
For several other IFS screens too this is very inconsistant for me. is it the same for others?

As I noticed, when clicking 'Page Help', it redirects us based on the current page URL. For example:
PO Window:
URL: /main/ifsapplications/web/page/PurchaseOrder/Form
Relevant Page Help URL: ...searchpage=page/PurchaseOrder/Form
PO Lines Window:
URL: /main/ifsapplications/web/page/PurchaseOrderLines/List
Relevant Page Help URL: ...searchpage=page/PurchaseOrderLines/List
Additionally, I found the following clarification in KBA KB0069669:
The Page Help feature is designed to provide information about a process. It includes Activity Descriptions, About Descriptions, and Page Help Descriptions. In summary, it lists all the online documentation related to the specific IFS Cloud web page you are viewing.
A similar explanation is also provided in this documentation:

So far, it seems this is the intended design for the IFS Cloud Page Help functionality.

I am afraid, its not clear enough for me. I've extracted the below section from the KB you were referring to.
For instance, in the context of the PO, do you think IFS Docs lists Áll online documentation’ related to that page just like the KB explains?
My point is, page help works perfectly for some IFS pages whereas it dosen't for some pages for instance PO.
