Is anyone able to tell me what this error is? I get it when I click the plus sign on the contact in the CRM panel. 

 

  

i have never seen this, but I’m guessing it’s an access/permissions/browser issue.

I would suggest you try: different computers, different users, different browser.  Definitely try setting your default browser to Chrome, if it wasn’t already.

It’s been confirmed from IFS that there is a patch for the panel that needs to be installed. We are still waiting for delivery
