Order Report - Customer Ledger Open Items without Options tab

Any idea how to fix below issue? for report Customer Ledger Open Item, I can clearly see Options tab, whereas my client is not able to see it. see screenshot below.

this is from my user profile, I can see the Options tab

This is from my teammate, she does not have Options tab.
