We are currently using IFS Apps 8 on Standard Edition and looking to upgrade to Oracle Enterprise edition. 

We have upgraded two of our non-live environments, and noticed that Enterprise has caused one of our scheduled jobs to go from executing in approx 4 hours to completing in over 12 hours!

Nothing else appears to be impacted by the upgrade apart from this job. 

Our DBA partner are investigating alongside Oracle who have trace files.

Anyone gone through a similar exercise and experienced any issues.

You will need to collect statistics on the sys schema.  Check Oracle documentation on this.  There are a lot of clustered tables that make collecting stats on sys schema different.
