Apps 10 - UPD19

Hi All,

I have installed a fresh middleware (from the build home) on a Linux Oracle server (running in Oracle OCI). Installation went well with no issues to report.

The issue is that when I try to enter IFS (via the IFS landing page), I am getting this error message ..

Any idea what is causing this .. Any assistance.

I can confirm that I used the same build home creating a windows based middleware and it fine - just to mitigate a potential issue with the build home itself.

Hi @JamesW72

Since you mentioned the middleware is on Oracle Linux, first thing which could fail is due to the ClickOnce deployment is not signed. In a windows environment it happens as a step of the installer, but in Linux you need some extra actions. Refer Deploying to a Linux server section on IFS documentation on how to do that.

ClickOnce Deployment (ifs.com)

Hope it helps!

small tip:

To isolate the error is IEE related, you can try to login to Aurena client and see if everything works.

Good luck!

Yeah, I tried that and I am getting a ‘401: Unauthorized’ error message via the Aurena Client..
