ORA-20115: ActiveSeparate. The "Active Separate" has already been removed by another user.How to resolve this issue?why this background job is going into error frequently.?

 Same error message has been addressed and solved in APP10 UPD 10 (Bug ID:155381), but that is when partially accepting a service quotation. Your issue seems different and could you please let us know more about this background job? Is it from a customization?

It seems this background job created by a custom event. Can you share more information  and what is in the application side you are doing (RmB,Save etc..) 

Based on the error what I think is system tries to find the Wo and cannot find it.
