(App 10/ Ver 5.0.8.0)

We recently switched to AD authentication in our App10 upd 5 environment. After switching to AD auth I made a change to a BR report and re-published it IFS. I can run the report successfully from IEE and BR add-on but other users get an Excel error: HRESULT: 0x800401A8. All other existing BR reports deploy successfully for users. Only the recently changed report errors out for other users.

Has anyone else experienced this before or know what may be causing this issue? I have tried un-publishing and deleting the report, with no success. I also logged in as App Owner account and still received the same error.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Kindly check if the users are given the required privileges.
