If Online Documentation/Help page no longer works/load as per the initial check whether the system parameters showing the correct values.
For online documentation, This should be something like https://ifspsc1-d04.demo.ifs.cloud/ifsdoc/documentation/en/
Please refer to the below documentation and fix the URL, restart servers and clear the browser cache, and check whether the issue will be solved.
