We have encountered an issue with the Document Revision window. When a new revision is created and the title is changed in that revision, the change is automatically applied to all previous revisions as well. This occurs regardless of the document status and whether the Update Allowed During Approval toggle is enabled or disabled.

Could you please confirm if this is a known bug, and advise how we can fix it? The application version is Cloud 25R1.

This is normal behavior in IFS Cloud, even in IFS 10 it was the same.

The Title is a common field shared between all revisions of a document. Meaning: if its value is change in revision 09, the same value will be reflected on all other revisions.

Also, this field is not locked. You can change its content at any given time, even if the document has been released.
