Does anyone know what the New Refresh Token Required Messages is on the MWO Service 10 App and what the user should do to get around it?

48 hours is the default lifetime of refresh tokens.
This error is visible to the user since the user is offline over a period of 48 hours (presumably this happens over the weekend). You can increase the refresh token's lifetime to 72 hours or more to stop the users from seeing this error over the weekend.

This would mean that without any interaction from the user, the user will be logged in to the app for the duration of the refresh token's lifetime. This can be increased up to 90 days. But we suggest you keep to a reasonably low lifetime.
