Is it possible to install and configure multiple .NET based Print Agents on same Windows Server?
What are the recommended practices especially with respect to port usage, services etc?

I have seen and used multiple .NET based print agents on the same windows server, just had to make sure that they had different port numbers.
Yes, different ports and different Print Agent ID’s (the name of the Print Agent, under ID in the configuration window).
