Hi All,
We are running into issue with IFS services going down and wanted to check with other customers on tools you are using to monitor if IFS services went down.
We are currently monitoring the HTTP url but had an instance when the database went down and the monitoring service was unable to alert us.
Any inputs/suggestions are welcome.
IFS is investigating the root cause, but we would like to be able to manage the situation until we can get a resolution.
