I have a migration job to update the order quotation lines and some custom fields. I have checked all the necssary but I cannot get these fields to update on the migration job. I am sure its probably something silly but I am just not seeing it. Any help greatfully received

I have deleted the migration job and recreated and it it all working now.

It takes some special mappings to update custom field values. For your reference it's explained in the techdocs;
Thanks for your reply. I have been looking at this document and all appears to be ok. I also have other migration jobs with custom fields and they are working fine.
