Does anyone know that how to get the information for these fields, when we are doing a middle tier development on cloud environment. I’m trying to do an integration for 21R1.

You can get this information from the Build Place. Click on the “Manage Deployments” button in the Build Place and you can see these information under “Runtime Repository Information”.
