I need to know about MDM(Master data management) tool .

where it can be used.

why it can be used.

Is it present in IFS .If present can we use it .Is it recommended to use.

To my opinion Master Data Management is not a tool but is more a process. See Wikipedia Master data management - Wikipedia.

This is something that needs to be discussed with customers where (tool to store), who has access (security) how (integrations with other tools).

So, could you elaborate a bit more on the background of your question?
