Hi Guys

Anyone knows if it’s possible to make IFS defined mandatory field as non-mandatory?

Thanks in advance,

Dinesh

In most cases IFS mandatory logic resides in the server - database logic. Hence even if you remove it from client, the server call will fail. Given that, I don’t think there is such option through configuration. If you have access to the database code, check whether the server procedure checks the mandatory field.

Hey there,

Did you try RMB > Properties > Mandatory and un-ticking object attributes to set as Mandatory?

Better doing this while logged into base profile.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply but there is no box ticked under Mandatory tab (which i can un-ticked) that’s why i am assuming it’s IFS defined.

Thanks

You can also RMB>Conditional Fields and “Add Property Action”
