For some of our users when they click Mail Recipient a Chrome explorer window opens instead of the Outlook New Message.
Has anyone else had this and if so, how did your resolve this issue.

+18Please check the Default Program configured on the User PC having issues. It is possible Outlook hasnt been installed or hasnt been set as the default program.

+32I know that I, at some point, allowed Chrome to open “mailto:” links that I encounter on the web, in Chrome, in Chrome itself. Perhaps some of your users did that too.
