Mail Reader Not works :Error :jakarta.mail.NoSuchProviderException: imaps

We setup mail reader with IMAP protocol app(upd 14) ,we read mails from outlook.office365.com ( OAuth2). also installed  patch 165088  ,165523 patches recently. then it worked fine some days and stopped.
