I’m experiencing an issue with the file name of the Reminder Letter report.
A customer reported that they received the email with a seemingly random attachment file name.
However, when I checked the corresponding Application Message in IFS, the attachment file name appears to be different and looks to be the correct one
I'm struggling to identify the reason for this discrepancy. Have you come across this behavior before, or do you have any idea what could be causing it?
