Issue with Default Value in Assistant New Recurring Service Program (24R2)
Hi everyone,
I tried setting a default value for an Assistant New Recurring Service Program, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect. We are using release 24R2 and have used the global context.
Has anyone encountered this issue or has an idea on how to resolve it?

@Anastasiya Dzembak can you expand your Default Value section so we see the full expression there please?

Hi @Rukmal Fernando , we have a service organization named RO. We have tried various special characters (like '', but the service organization was not selected automatically. Do you have an idea?

@Anastasiya Dzembak I believe that setting Default Values on LoV fields such as Service Organization here is not yet supported.
That said, @tofuse can you also take a look please? I could recreate this on both 24R2 and Master, and I saw the same behaviour with Text fields such as Description too. I used the same page as above, “New Recurring Service Program”, which is a Virtual-based Assistant, in case that matters.
