The default settings that User Properties used to contain have been moved to other areas (e.g. B2B association is now handled in a separate form)

Therefore this form is no longer required (is my understanding)

@anbouk thank you for the information.

In APP8, A default user property value  is changed via customization functionality and use it in all the required places.(this is saved in FND_USER_PROPERTY table)

If above approach is not directly available ,  is it allowed to customized and add properties to below page though its framework support page in FNDADM

Not sure if you can or should change the users details form, but another option might be to use the person form since you don’t want people going into the administration area to change business settings (since they might accidently change some other settings)
