Is it possible to run F1 without reinstalling the application?

Copying the files related to ifs documentation to the server
" <ifs_home>/ifsdoc/documentation/<language>/OnlineDocSettings/local/general.xml "
"<ifs_home>/ifsdoc/f1doc/common/general.xml"
and
updating the Base Address for HTML help URL in System Parameters did not work.
