Trying to login using SSO, then this happens:
You have entered an invalid username and/or password, or you do not have
authorization to perform the requested action.
Hint: Passwords are case sensitive.
Note, SSO was working fine earlier. SSO works fine when connecting to our TEST system.

“Finally, we fixed the issue
We have reconfigured the application server and we removed the domain part of the host of KDC at the "Windows Integrated Authentication configuration" window.
previously, the value for the KDC was like "XXXX.CORPNET.IFSWORLD.COM", and we removed the domain part "CORPNET.IFSWORLD.COM". Now the KDC looks like "XXXX" (Note: these are our internal values and I just put here for the understanding of the change that we have made)”
