Hi everyone,

Did anyone experiencing an internal server error while logging into IFS Cloud? It happens randomly even with initial load on IFS Cloud. Sometimes refreshing the page doesn't work. The user needs to restart the browser or navigate back to the startup page and log in again. Is this a cache issue?  We are using Google Chrome. Are there any tricks to get rid of this?

Thanks!

Bumping this topic as we have the same problem with 24R1.

@ZhanHao @LimaNovember one of my users also get the same error. Have you figured out why this error occures?

This happens frequently when the session times out and the user tries to log back in. We find ALT-Home fixes it.  We actually had to get some single button USB keyboards for our shop floor computers since they are touchscreen. We programmed them for ALT-Home and they work fine. I have a case open with IFS but no answers so far

Thanks Alex, once you have an answer from IFS, please post it here

Remove the words after .com in the URL. This works for me.

You must have the browsers startup page set to the ifs login url and thats why ALT+HOME works for you, same can be done by just setting a link with your url/main/ifsapplications/web/start on your browser’s favorite bar and clicking it.

either way I find it annoying and confuses users the first few times and IFS should do something about it.

R and D has finally identified the issue and there is supposed to be a fix in 25R2
