When and under what circumstances does IFSAPP user expire ? It have it expired under one environment, and it is the first time when we’re in this situation.

In this case I think it would only expire if the IFS_INTERNAL Oracle Profile had been set to have an expiration on it. Check under Security / Oracle Users / Oracle Profile screen.

Gremlins in the system .. does not look like it’s supposed to expire. To lock yes, but not to expire.
