Hi,
Some of our clients are having login problem. When they try to connect their own computer, they can’ t login or login duration takes too much time (appr. 15 - 20 min). However when they change computer they can login easily.
Once we check DB from PL/SQL it seems they have already logged in, but application does not come up the screen or shown very late.
Have you ever faced this type of problem ?
Do you have any solution / suggestion for this problem ?
