Hi @TodLHM
I hope you have done the ADFS configuration and CRM panel authentication as per the below instructions in the technical documentation
ADFS
https://wit.ifsworld.com/f1docs/apps10/Foundation1/040_administration/210_security/015_authentication/030_configure_ADFS/default.htm
RM panel
https://wit.ifsworld.com/F1docs/Apps10/Foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/130_add-on_cmp/rmpanl/default.htm
1.What is the IFS update level?
2.Does SSO activated for normal IFS logging from enterprise explorer and aurena clients?
3.How is the behaviour for your touch apps authentication with ADFS?
Eg CRM companion , wadaco scanners, aurena native scan it app etc
- What was the previous authentication mechanism for IFS and CRM panel?
Regards
Manoj
@Manoj Ruwanhewa , We followed above guidelines in the eLearning
Production is at IFS update 8
Authentication activated for both IFS clients.
We didn't try to configure any touchapps
Previous authentication was to provide database credentials.
Why the logging button is hanged in the outlook CRM panel.
thanks
Hi @TodLHM ,
As per your comments, seems this is specific to CRM panel authentication.
Please follow below post in the community which has some discussions on similar issues
Considering your IFS update level, I did some internal search and identified that, there were issues within update 8 and 9 ,which caused authentication problems to CRM panel when you active SSO.
Apart from that, there is a severity 2 bug fix which is released with Update 10 which has bug title
“Unable to connect to CRM Panel and office 365 with customer's ADFS Integration”
This could fix your issue as it also corrected a similar issue.
So depending on your support entitlement you can request this bug from IFS support or try to update into latest UPD level.
If this solves your question, kindly mark it as Best Answer as it will help other members in the community.

Manoj
We are update 12 in the testing database. Thank you @Manoj Ruwanhewa
