We created a Routing address and rule to send purchase order details for external API with Bearer token authorization. But when we added XML to the Json transformer it showed this error

at Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.FndConnection.ParseErrorHeader(FndBuffer buffer, FndManualDecisionCollection decisions)

same error showed in application messages also
Can anyone why it happened? Kindly expect your answers.
