IFS System Monitoring Console not working for Database

Hello,

 

Trying to access the IFS Monitoring Console for both App9 and App10 in internal environments and when you go to the database side, all the tabs are empty except Database Parameters tab. 

Following keeps showing on the developer console in chrome when you open the tabs.

 

 

Checked the tabs in IFS Applications and Middleware Server areas and they are showing okay and are giving the status code of 200. 

If you copy the Requested URL and paste it on a tab, you should see the response but when I do that here, i get a 404 Not Found error.

 

Has anyone experienced this behavior before? Any idea what could cause it?

Only when the MWS servers haven't been started.

Thank you for your reply!

MWS servers are up and running. If you go to the other tabs of Middleware Server and Application you can see  data being populated. I also did a reconfiguration of the instance but no success.
