There is an issue reported that the customer Test/Prod environments can not get the IFS Streams functionality working.

Streams are not working and a warning sign on the streams pannel is shown and error message states that 'Push notifications disconnected. Streams will reconnect automatically once the service is available'.

Checking in the logs it states
.... [NO_RESOURCES] (Active Websocket Connection Limit Reached)

Checking in the debug console it states.
Category : Framework
Sub Category : FndWebSocketService
Info : Error : The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.

Restarting Middleware should clear up this error.

You can then look into increasing no. of ThreadsPerChild using the Admin Console for a permanent fix.
