Did anyone try to use ScanIt on Android 4.4 version? One of our customer has Falcon X4 devices and there is not possibility to upgrade Android version to newer one. Accesing through web browser(Chrome, Safafi) is invonvenient and very slow. Is any workaround or just only changing devices?

IFS Cloud Mobile Apps were initially built to only support Android 6 and up. As of now, we officially support Android 9 and up, but Android 6 is still very likely to work. Android 4.4 is however definitely not supported.
