I am looking for a standard page or a tools on production monitoring for more user use (more simpler and for consultation) ,and, not only at destination technical team .
I don’t know if that exists in standard or it needs development
like for example:
16/05/2021 PO matching OK
16/05/2021 invoice email KO

In general, if you want to monitor background jobs/application messages and get notified if a background job fails or takes longer than usual you can make use of the Application Monitoring Entries and configure it to your use.
Whenever a threshold value is exceeded you can configure it to notify via email.
