We have the following error but cannot seem to locate the issue:

"String was not recognized as a valid DateTime"

Maybe I am just missing something.

Can anyone please advise how to get to the bottom of this issue?

John

Hi @johnw66 ,

I haven’t seen this error yet but you may want to check the XML configuration file to make sure everything is okay.  Especially the username and password used to run the agent.  Is this a new print agent installation or an existing installation which is generating the errors?

Regards,

William Klotz

Hi John,

I’ve seen something similar before.

Can you check the language settings on your print server? i recall an issue before where a test print server worked but live didn’t. The solution was to switch the default preferred language to US (or UK, can’t quite remember now) to match the working one.

It was something to do with time/date parsing on that output screen. The day and month being the wrong way round in the header section makes me suspect this.
