Hi All,

Currently, I received an email requesting a password reset as part of the transition to the new IFS Partner Portal. However, I am currently no longer receiving any password reset emails.

Additionally, the ticket reporting link available in OSCA is not working, as it appears to be obsolete.

Could you please advise on how I can log in to the new IFS Partner Portal or assist with resetting my access?
