We also have observed this behavior occasionally. If restarting DevStudio doesn't resolve the issue, you may want to try reinstalling it after clearing the cache. (Deleting %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\DeveloperStudio\18)
Steps to follow: -
(1) Uninstall
(2) Delete cache (%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\DeveloperStudio\18)
(3) Reinstall
