IFS Lobby

this function isn’t implemented in IFS APPS10.

Where is the value of this function?

When should a user get an email and for what? 

Why don’t you create a custom event?

@Link We classified some of the Parts as Dangerous goods in part level. When we create a GR including this kind of a purchase part, there are some users to notify. It is required to trigger an e-mail. However, users may join and leave  time to time in the company. Therefore, we are not happy to maintain a hard-coded e-mail recipient list due to administration work. That's why we are searching for a lobby element with a subscribe option.

it’s a good idea. Exporting function in a Lobby Element would be a good idea as well.

I am not sure IFS will implement these functions. Because IFS APPS10 will be end of support Q1 2025.

Is this request users being able to subscribe to a lobby element and notified if any changes in the data shown on the element?
