Regarding IFS IEE Development tool,
currently, i’m using Visual Studio Professional to do customized in IEE,
can i use Visual Studio Express to do customized in IEE ?

Hi, you should be using the IFS Application Forms Development tool when doing any EE client changes. I am assuming you are aware of this and use it?

"Application Forms Development Tools is the name of the IFS Visual Studio extensions and plug-ins that support the developer when developing IFS Application window clients.” (direct quote from the F1 docs section you pointed out).
But the original question was if this extension can be used with Visual Studio Express. The Supported Platforms documentation is not clear about this, it just lists “Microsoft Visual Studio 2013” without further details.

I don’t think we tested the Express edition when we developed the Tools.
