Hi
You need .NET 4.5 or later to run the IFS Client. This is a windows only version released by Microsoft. So you cannot run IFS on macOS. As a workaround, you can install a virtual windows on macOS and launch IFS within it.

+3Hi, as an alternative you can use Remote Desktop (or any other similar Windows desktop sharing like VNC) or Desktop Virtualization like Citrix or VMware Horizon or even better - Application Publishing like Citrix https://www.citrix.com/products/citrix-virtual-apps-and-desktops/ (we are using a quite old Presentation Server 6.5 to publish IFS9 to no Windows devices - IFS runs fine on Mac, Android, and even Linux clients).
All of the solutions require additional processing, setup, and maintenance - if it’s only one client machine I would install VM Windows on Mac.
