Go to server where you have setup the crystal web service and enabled high debug logs.

Check what is the actual error you are getting there

@ChanakaAmarasekara - Anything with the wit link is intended for internal use only. If those videos can be shared outside of IFS, I’m happy to publish them in the community for everyone to access. I’ll reach out to you directly.

Hi - I am having similar issues, would be really helpful to see these videos!

Any way you can share with me?

Hi

Did you test the crystal reports server at the server side.

so log into the server where crystal IIS server is installed and navigate to

http://localhost/XXXXX/Ifs_ReportService.asmx

Were XXXXX is the virtual application name that you created in the web server

e.g. IFSCRWebSetupIFS10L_1

Then use the OpenReport link.

Enter a report name and Invoke

You should get

<boolean xmlns="http://crystaldecisions.com/reportwebservice/11/">true</boolean>

If you get a false, look at the security permissions of the folder where the crystal report is stored, make sure “Everyone” has access. Obviously do not share the folder out with “Everyone” access.

Hope that this helps

Al

Hi Chanaka,

The videos are really helpful. We were able to resolve the issue for report without parameters.

Can you please advise the Syntax and Separators that should be used for a report with parameters.

Regards,

Vikas
