IFS Cloud- unable to open up generated .xml web file to scan translatable code


IFS Cloud - Text Translations -We’ve recently developed a new page in IFS Cloud with additional fields from a new data table. However, we’re facing a challenge with text translations. While attempting to scan the translatable code, the web XML file cannot be opened to scan. Other web and database files are accessible, but this particular file raise error: Internal error. Invalid server response 

And when we try to open up that web.xml file it gives below error: 

"It looks like the webpage at file:///C:/Exercises/Repair_Center/build/gen/meta/enterp/model/enterp/TranslationPaths/translationWeb_ShopRepair-Cust.xml might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

 

Even after regenerating the file, the issue remains unresolved. Seems like the file has been corrupted. what can be the reason for this?
