Physical printers can not be accessed from a web page due to security reasons. Therefore we can't access and list them in the print dialog. This was the same in IFS Web client. You can print through the browner print feature but them you will have to preview and print. This is why you have the Aurena Agent running as stand alone app in the client which can access the printers and pass it to the page and when then handler the request from the page
