What is the process if a IFS Cloud customer need to ask for a certain use place database backup, how many time a specific backup can be archived and what is the process to restore a specific backup?

Hi,

Interesting question. I thought there will be an option in the CSM portal for this but it seems that backup and clone option is only available for Apps10,FSM & PSO. I imagine for Cloud, you would need to request this using a generic ticket type.

@Shanika , it would be good if you can reach out to the regional Cloud representative to see if they can provide better guidance. Something that we are definitely missing.
