IFS Cloud - Application messages Stuck on "Released"

Hi,

After 2 weeks after our go-live, we have already to reboot MW twice, because of all application messages stuck on “Release” status.

Anybody have the same problem? We are IFS Cloud 22.2.2

Hi, Gianni,

 

In APP10, the issue was that the message queue was stopped.  I believe there is something similar in IFS Cloud version as part of the background job processing engine.  Would you please check that?

Morning @cmdriordan,

Thanks for you reply. I am already verify all older topics before post this one. For now, the only solution a have, is restart MW server, but I cannot restart MW server once a week.
